AASV Poster Sessions

The Veterinary Student, Research Topics, and Industrial Partners Poster Sessions will be held Sunday, March 8 and Monday, March 9, 2009 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Posters may be oriented horizontally or vertically, but must fit within a display area that is 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall. Materials for mounting the posters will be provided.

Poster presenters must submit a written paper for the proceedings of the meeting, due November 17. The paper is limited to one page of text and one table or figure, formatted according to the Author Guidelines available here.

Poster presenters are required to register for the meeting and must be present at the poster display during the noon hour on Sunday.

The schedule for the poster exhibit is as follows:

Sunday, March 8

9:00 am - 11:30 am
Posters mounted by authors

11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Poster authors stationed near poster to answer attendee questions

1:00 - 5:00 pm
Poster display continues; author attendance not required

Monday, March 9

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Poster display continues; author attendance not required

5:00 - 9:00 pm
Posters may be removed by authors
