AASV Conference Registration Information

Registration for the meeting will open in late December.

The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Registration for the meeting is available to veterinarians* and veterinary students. In late December, online meeting registration will be available and registration materials will be mailed to AASV members. The AASV Board of Directors set the registration fees for the 2009 meeting as follows:

Meeting registration includes all scientific sessions from 12:00 noon Sunday through 12:00 noon on Tuesday, as well as print/CD copy of the meeting proceedings, admission to the company-sponsored social events, and tickets for the Monday luncheon, Monday evening awards reception and Tuesday breakfast. Sorry, no single day registrations.

Additional registration fees apply for the pre-conference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular meeting sessions in order to register for the pre-conference seminars.

*Non-veterinarians are eligible to register and attend the meeting if they meet one of the following criteria:
1) Current AASV Affiliate Member
2) Registered representative of Technical Table Exhibit
3) Invited speaker
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of the AASV
5) Editorial press representative
