AASV Poster Sessions

The Veterinary Student and Industrial Partners Poster Sessions will be held Sunday, March 9 and Monday, March 10, 2008 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. Posters may be oriented horizontally or vertically, but must fit within a display area that is 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall. Materials for mounting the posters will be provided.

The schedule for the poster exhibit is as follows:

Sunday, March 9

9:00 am - 11:30 am
Posters mounted by authors in the Sheraton Grand Foyer (materials provided)

11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Poster authors stationed by their posters to answer attendee questions

1:00 - 5:00 pm
Poster display continues; author attendance not required

5:00 pm
Poster display will be moved to the Sheraton Pavilion (by staff)

Monday, March 10

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Poster display continues in the Sheraton Pavilion; author attendance not required

5:00 - 9:00 pm
Posters may be removed by authors.

Delivery of Posters to the Meeting

It is anticipated that poster authors will wish to bring their posters with them to the meeting to avoid misdirected delivery or loss. In the event it is necessary to ship your poster to the meeting, please address it as follows:

Since the Sheraton has very limited storage space, your poster should arrive no sooner than Wednesday, March 5. Do not ship your poster to the AASV office. The AASV and the Sheraton are not responsible for posters damaged or lost in shipment.
