AASV Conference Registration Information

The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Registration for the meeting is available to all veterinarians* and veterinary students. In late December, registration materials will be mailed to AASV members and online meeting registration will be available at the following rates:

Meeting registration includes all scientific sessions from 1:00 pm Sunday through 12:00 noon Tuesday, print & CD copies of the meeting proceedings, admission to company-sponsored social events, and tickets for the Monday luncheon, Monday evening awards reception and Tuesday breakfast. Sorry, no single day registrations.

Additional registration fees apply for the pre-conference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular meeting sessions in order to register for the pre-conference seminars.

*Non-veterinarians are eligible to register and attend the meeting if they meet one of the following criteria:
1) Current AASV Affiliate Member
2) Registered representative of Technical Table exhibit
3) Invited speaker
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of AASV
5) Editorial press representative
