The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Registration for the meeting is available to veterinarians* and veterinary students. For more information, or to request registration materials, call 515-465-5255 or email the AASV.
Online registration is available here. The registration fees are as follows:
| AASV member pre-registration by February 11 | $300 |
| AASV member registration after February 11 | $335 |
| Nonmember veterinary registration and additional Tech Table representatives (limit 3 per table) | $420 |
| Full-time graduate student registration | 1/2 applicable rate above |
| Veterinary student registration (must be current AASV student member) | Free |
Meeting registration includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning and all scientific sessions from 12:00 noon Sunday through 12:00 noon on Tuesday, as well as print/CD copy of the meeting proceedings, admission to the company-sponsored social events, and tickets for the Monday luncheon, Monday evening awards reception and Tuesday breakfast. Sorry, no single day registrations.
Additional registration fees apply for the pre-conference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular meeting sessions in order to register for the pre-conference seminars.
*Non-veterinarians are eligible to register and attend the meeting if they meet one of the following criteria:
1) Current AASV Affiliate Member
2) Registered representative of the Technical Table Exhibit
3) Invited speaker
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of the AASV
5) Editorial press representative
