- A number of states have begun requiring statements on Certificates of Veterinary Inspection regarding the PED status of the herd of origin of pigs listed on the CVI. I have published a spreadsheet on our website outlining the new regulations. We will attempt to keep this up-to-date but always verify the requirements with the state of destination prior to shipping pigs.
