AASV Conference Registration Information
The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Registration for the meeting is open to all veterinarians and veterinary students.
Registration for the conference will open in late December. Registration fees have been set as follows:
| AASV member pre-registration by February 3, 2017 | $345 |
| AASV member registration after February 3, 2017 | $445 |
| Nonmember veterinarian registration | $475 |
| Full-time graduate student registration | 1/2 applicable rate above |
| Additional Tech Table representatives (3 registrations included with exhibit; limit 3 additional non-DVM registrations per table) | $475 |
| Veterinary student registration (must be current AASV student member) | Free |
Additional registration fees apply for the pre-conference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular meeting sessions in order to register for the pre-conference seminars. Single day registrations are not available.
Non-veterinarians are eligible to register and attend the meeting only if they meet one of the following criteria:
1) Current AASV Affiliate Member
2) Registered representative of the Technical Table Exhibit
3) Invited speaker or poster presenter
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of the AASV
5) Editorial press representative
