AASV Conference Registration Information

Registration opens in late December.

In October, registration fees will be set by the AASV Board of Directors and published here. This past year's meeting registration fees are available here.

The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Registration for the meeting is open to all veterinarians and veterinary students. Others must meet eligibility requirements (see below).

The conference registration fee includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning (4 CE credit hours) and all scientific sessions from 12:00 pm Sunday through 12:00 pm Tuesday (16 CE credit hours), online access to the digital conference proceedings, admission to company-sponsored social events (Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Student Reception), and tickets for the Monday luncheon, the Awards Reception on Monday evening, and breakfast on Tuesday.

Additional registration fees apply for the pre-conference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular meeting sessions in order to register for pre-conference seminars. Single day registrations are not available.
