AASV Conference Registration Information - 2020 (historical)

The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Registration for the meeting is open to all veterinarians and veterinary students. Others must meet eligibility requirements (see below).

Registration fees have been set as follows:

AASV member pre-registration by February 14 $355
AASV member registration after February 14 $455
Veterinarian registration (nonmember) $500
Full-time Graduate Student Member registration (must be AASV member) 1/2 member rate above
Each additional Tech Table representative (3 reps are included with exhibit fee; limit of 3 additional non-DVM registrations per table) $500
Veterinary student registration (must be current AASV Student Member) Free

The conference registration fee includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning (4 CE credit hours) and all scientific sessions from 12:00 pm Sunday through 12:00 pm Tuesday (16 CE credit hours), online access to the digital conference proceedings, admission to company-sponsored social events (Sunday evening Welcome Reception and Student Reception), and tickets for the Monday luncheon, the Awards Reception on Monday evening, and breakfast on Tuesday.

Additional registration fees apply for the pre-conference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular meeting sessions in order to register for pre-conference seminars. Single day registrations are not available.

Not a veterinarian?
You must meet one of the following criteria in order to register/attend:
1) Current AASV Affiliate Member
2) Registered representative of the Technical Table Exhibit
3) Invited speaker or poster presenter
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of the AASV
5) Editorial press/media representative
