Remembering Rod...AASV Heritage Video

"If I were to be remembered by my fellow AASV members, I hope it would be that, 'This man had a love for the pig, and he loved the people who loved pigs.'" These words were spoken by Dr. Rod Johnson in 2009 during the recording of his recollections as part of the AASV Heritage Video series. The AASV lost a valued member, leader, friend, and mentor when Rod passed away on May 22. Yet Rod's memories, wisdom, and advice live on in a small but significant way through his Heritage Video recording. The Heritage Video series is an ongoing project of the AASV Communications Committee, with support from the AASV Foundation, to record and preserve AASP/V history through the recollections of its members.
