Heritage AwardThe Heritage Award of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians Foundation is given to a member of the AASV in recognition of a lifetime of outstanding achievements in swine veterinary medicine. Awardees will have demonstrated their eligibility through their membership in the AASV, service to the AASV, and service to the North American swine industry. Nominations for the Heritage Award will be received from AASV members and considered prior to the AASV Annual Meeting. However, the Heritage Award will only be given on an as-needed basis (not necessarily annually) when a deserving individual has been nominated and selected.
