Auction Terms and Conditions

  • Documentation will be furnished by the Foundation for support of charitable donations by item donors. Final responsibility, however, in satisfying the Internal Revenue Service concerning amount of deductions lies with the donor.
  • Each item auctioned will be offered without reserve, unless otherwise stated before bidding begins, and sold to the highest bidder.
  • All items are offered by the Foundation on an "as is" basis, free and clear of implied warranties for fitness of use or condition, and with no guarantee of value, as any announced appraised value is personal opinion only and the ultimate responsibility for determination of value lies with the purchaser.
  • All auction items shall be paid for and picked up at the conclusion of the live auction on Monday, March 9, or at the AASV registration desk prior to noon on Tuesday, March 10, unless other arrangements are made. Payment may be made with US check or cash, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
