AASV Annual Meeting Registration Information - 2023
The 2023 AASV Annual Meeting will be held on site at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Aurora, Colorado on March 4-7. Due to cost, staffing, and hotel contract obligations, a virtual attendance option will not be available. As in the past, some presentations will be recorded for AASV members to view after the meeting.
The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. Veterinarians and veterinary students may register to attend. Others must meet eligibility requirements (see below).
Registration fees have been set as follows:
| AASV member pre-registration by February 10 | $495 |
| AASV member registration after February 10 | $595 |
| Veterinarian registration (nonmember) | $875 |
| Full-time Graduate Student Member registration (must be AASV Member) | 1/2 member rate |
| Each additional Tech Table representative (3 reps are included with exhibit fee; limit of 3 additional non-DVM registrations per table) | $875 per person |
| Veterinary student registration (must be current AASV Student Member) - includes access to all seminars | Free |
The final day to register online is February 24. On-site registrations will be accepted when the meeting opens in Colorado on March 4.
The conference registration fee includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning and all scientific sessions from 12:00 pm Sunday through 12:00 pm Tuesday, including posters, exhibits, and the digital conference proceedings. Registration also includes Monday's noon luncheon and evening Awards Reception, and the AASV Business Breakfast on Tuesday morning.Single day registrations are not available.
Preconference Seminars
Additional registration fees apply for the preconference seminars on
Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular
meeting sessions in order to register for preconference seminars.

2) Registered representative of the Technical
Table Exhibit
3) Invited speaker or poster presenter
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of
the AASV
5) Editorial press/media representative
